Create a label.
Open the App → Label organizer → Add label. Upload a square logo (at least 500 × 500 px, preferably PNG or SVG with a transparent background) and enter one or more product tags.

Tag your products.
In Shopify admin → Products, add the label’s tag to products, one by one or in bulk with the bulk editor.

Turn on the app embed.
On the App’s Home page, click “Open theme editor” in step 3, switch on “Product labels” under App embeds and save. Do this once per theme.

Frequently asked questions
My labels don’t show in the store.
Check that the app embed is on in the theme you are viewing, that the product has one of the label’s tags (capitalisation does not matter) and that the label has a logo. Product cards in collections can take up to 10 minutes to show tag changes; the product page updates immediately.
